Railway Safety & Anti-seismic Intervention with Ruregold FRCM Structural Strengthening Systems

The National Association of United Railway Builders, ANCEFERR, in collaboration with CIFI (the Italian College of Railway Engineers), and with the patronage of the Association of Engineering, Architecture and Technical-Economic Consulting Organisations, OICE, has organized a seminar on 27 February in Rome – Spazio Eventi del Roma Life Hotel di via Palermo 10 – involving the various stakeholders: from politicians, through designers to manufacturers and installers.
Consisting of a series of study and proposal activities, the day will be opened by the president of Anceferr, Pino Pisicchio, and divided into two sessions. A morning round table, entitled: "Infrastructures: commitments, strategies and investments", attended by: Deborah Bergamini (Vice President of the Chamber of Deputies Transport Commission), Stefano Cianciotta (President Oni), Maurizio Gentile (CEO RFI, President CIFI), Eduardo Frosini (Vice President CNR), Edoardo Rixi (Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport), Gabriele Scicolone (President Oice).
An afternoon session, entitled: "Infrastructures: diagnosis and treatment” involving: Mattia Crespi (Uniroma1), Francesco Focacci (Unibo), Massimo Iorani (Head of RFI Production Management), Gabriele Miceli (Ets-Oice) who introduces and moderates, Simone Oppici (Leica Geosystems), Anna Osello (Politecnico Torino).
Participation in the event will grant chartered engineers permission to issue six CFP (pursuant to Article 7 of Italian Presidential Decree 137/2012).
