El Sistema CRM<\/strong> Ruregold posee ETA<\/span> 22\/0078<\/span><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Además, ha sido objeto de una amplia campaña experimental<\/span><\/strong><\/a> en el Laboratorio de Pruebas de Materiales y Estructuras del Departamento de Ingeniería Civil y Arquitectura<\/strong> (DICAr) de la Universidad de Pavía<\/strong>, conducida sobre muestras de mampostería de piedra natural reforzadas con distintas combinaciones de morteros, mallas y conectores de la gama, en vistas de la evaluación del efecto positivo<\/strong> de los diferentes sistemas de refuerzo CRM<\/a><\/strong> aplicados a la mampostería inicial sin reforzar, en términos de resistencia y modo de rotura.<\/p>\n

Las pruebas experimentales, realizadas sobre numerosas combinaciones y tipos de casos, han permitido comprender bien los efectos benéficos del refuerzo aplicado<\/strong> en función de los distintos componentes del sistema CRM<\/strong>. El informe de prueba<\/strong> emitido por la Universidad de Pavía está disponible para apreciar mejor todas las ventajas<\/strong> del Sistema CRM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

El Sistema<\/a><\/span> <\/strong>está constituido por mallas<\/strong>, morteros<\/strong> y elementos de conexión y se caracteriza por:
\u2022 un empleo difundido<\/strong> de mampostería en todo el edificio, tanto en la cara exterior<\/strong> como en la interior<\/strong> del muro;
\u2022 presencia de conexiones transversales<\/strong>.
La intervención es válida en caso de:
\u2022 edificios constituidos por mamposterías irregulares<\/strong>, poco homogéneas<\/strong> o incoherentes<\/strong>;

Reparación de la mampostería existente<\/span><\/h3>\n

El sistema está realizado con la técnica de inyectar en las estructuras de mampostería el ligante especial para lechadas MX INJECT<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, que cumple la función de relleno de las cavidades y fisuras para devolver a la mampostería su carácter monolítico inicial.
Son posibles intervenciones de descosido y cosido y rejuntado con morteros de diferente naturaleza: a base de ligante hidráulico de alta puzolanicidad con fibras de polivinilalcohol de alto módulo MX-PVA<\/strong> Fibre-Reinforced<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, a base de ligante hidráulico de alta puzolanicidad con fibras de polipropileno MX-RW High Performance<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, a base de cal MX-CP<\/span> <\/strong>Lime<\/span><\/strong><\/a> y a base de cemento MX-15 Plaster<\/span><\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
